2023 Annual General Meeting
The Committee of Management of Gordon Street Pre-School takes great pleasure in inviting families to attend our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This year, we will be running the AGM via Zoom to enable as many families as possible to participate.
We recommend that at least one representative from each family attends. We understand families are quite time poor so will endeavour to make the AGM no longer than 1 hour.
The AGM will cover:
an acceptance of the 2022 AGM minutes
a report from the President
presentation of financial reports for the previous financial year
reports from the Educators, and
election of the 2024 Committee
The Committee of Management members are elected from parents or carers of children attending GSP. The committee manages the pre-school and the involvement of parents is essential for it to successfully operate and grow.
